We’re swimming in macarons today! I know, how utterly delightful! Trays and trays of them, aging on the drying rack, puffing up and getting little feet in the oven, cooling on the counter, getting matched up and ready for filling.
In Nicole Plue’s 3-Day Macaron Workshop, we learned how to make some of Pierre Hermé’s (the mac daddy himself) signature flavors, and got lots of practice perfecting our technique. And don’t even get us started on the array of dyes and sparkle dusts you get to play with. Decorating is half the fun. Devouring your masterpieces is the other half.
